1. What is a job slot?
A job slot is an active job opening listed on your Talenteria platform. This could be a vacancy for a new role, a replacement, or an existing position that you're looking to fill.

2. How does job slot pricing work?
You pay for the number of job slots you wish to have active at any given time on the platform. If you purchase 10 job slots, for instance, you can advertise up to 10 different job openings simultaneously.

3. Can I change the job listings within a slot?
Absolutely! You can replace one job listing with another within a slot as many times as you want. The count is based on the number of active listings, not the number of times you change or rotate them.

4. What if I need more job slots?
You can easily upgrade your package at any time to accommodate more job openings. Just get in touch with our sales team, and they'll guide you through the process.

5. I only have a seasonal hiring need. Can I downgrade?
Yes, you can adjust your number of job slots based on your needs. If you need fewer slots during certain times of the year, simply contact our team to modify your package.

6. Are there discounts for purchasing a larger number of job slots?
We offer tiered pricing packages that provide discounts for companies that need to manage a larger volume of job openings. Please reach out to our sales team for detailed pricing information.

7. How do I know how many job slots to purchase?
Consider your average hiring needs. If you typically have 10-15 roles open at any given time, you might consider a package that offers 20 job slots. Remember, you can always adjust as your needs change.

8. What happens if I exceed my number of job slots?
If you attempt to post more jobs than your purchased job slots allow, you will receive a notification. You can either remove an existing job listing or consider upgrading your package to accommodate more openings.

9. Are there any additional fees?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the number of job slots you purchase. Any additional features or services will be communicated upfront – no hidden fees!
